We meet three times a week: Interval sprint training every Wednesday at 19:00 at Chelmsford Melbourne track.
A choice of a 3km or 5km run followed by a social every Thursday 19:30 at Chelmsford Central Park.
A 10km trail run at Hylands Park, 11:00 every Sunday.
